finished when the designs are completed. We will continue
to provide consultation. Whether this is your first time
owning your own establishment or you are a seasoned
veteran, National Restaurant Design is dedicated to the

1. Vision & Concept
Our fundamental
function is to understand your vision and develop it into
working custom drawings. Understanding your concept enables us to
create a design that best utilizes the space with proper
restaurant equipment choices. Your vision then
becomes a reality.
2. Strategic Design Planning
National Restaurant Design understands the art as well as the science of proper commercial kitchen and restaurant design. There are many ways to blow a budget. Misplaced equipment is a prime example. For instance, when equipment is strategically placed it can minimize the need for multiple plumbing and electrical connections which could otherwise cost you thousands of dollars and actually put you over budget.
3. Flow & Efficiency
Great restaurant design can make you or break you. It can contribute
greatly to how much you save and how much you make. A poor
design can cost you a great deal. An efficient, well
functioning food service facility will create a great
working environment for your employees, minimizing labor
costs, and offer a positive experience for your customers
that will bring them back for more.
4. Equipment & Furnishing
In order to specify foodservice equipment you have to understand how
it works in relationship to your concept and menu. We
specify the equipment that is best suited and
do not “over draw”. We do not sell equipment, so we only
specify what you need to be successful, having no reason
to specify overpriced or irrelevant equipment. We respect
your budget and your bottom line.

The National Restaurant Design staff is dedicated to satisfying theclient - you. We are with you all the way until you are opened and beyond. All consulting and drawings are a work in progress.
