Spotlight
The mission of
Jose Leon, the owner of the Acapulco Mexican
Restaurante chain, is to create great authentic
Mexican food in a very festive atmosphere with a lot of
energy. We accomplished his vision by placing the bar in
an area very visible to the dining room. Acapulco
Restaurante specializes in Monster Margaritas. The
placement of the bar resulted in a significant revenue
increase. Acapulco is the most successful chain of Mexican
restaurants in the Upper Midwest. National Restaurant
Design is proud to be a part of their success.
